All applicants who have submitted their applications in response to the advertisement published by the Pakistan Museum of Natural History (PMNH) in the Daily Newspaper Jang Rawalpindi on 19th September 2025 are hereby informed that the Competent Authority has decided to conduct the initial screening test through the National Testing Service (NTS). This decision has been made to ensure transparency and merit in the recruitment process.

The NTS has uploaded the list of all applicants whose applications were received by the deadline of 3rd October 2025 via the National Job Portal (NJP).

Important Steps for Applicants:

  2. Find your name on the list of applicants.
  3. Complete your personal data.
  4. Deposit the NTS test fee as instructed.

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the following posts, purely on contract basis, in a PSDP project titled “Extension of Display Exhibits, Collection Repositories Improvement and Research Facilities Enhancement at Pakistan Museum of Natural History” being executed by Pakistan Museum of Natural History (Pakistan Science Foundation), Ministry of Science and Technology, Islamabad.

 ii. Information claimed in “online application form” will be treated as final in all respects.

 iii. All the posts will be governed according to the project policy. 

iv. Degrees/ Certificates must be obtained from HEC/ Government recognized institutions.

 v. For sr. 1&2 Military Engineering Services (MES) experience will be preferred. 

vi. The vacancies will be filled initially upto 30.06.2026 and likely tobe continued subjected to the availability of project funds. 

vii. Five (5) years general age relaxation is already included. Further age relaxation (if applicable) will be given as per Government rules.

 viii. PSF reserves the right to stop the recruitment process at any stage. The decision of PSF/PMNH will be final.

 ix. No. TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
